If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Eligibility

To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in resalable condition unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email contact@getwellpatch.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
  2. We will provide return instructions and an RMA (return authorization) if needed.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
