Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Carriers

We use trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, local carriers). Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to many countries. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country — these are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track the package.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at contact@getwellpatch.com and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Changes & Returns to Sender

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
